the last large, natural river floodplains on the Elbe.<br \/>Many different animal and plant species live in this landscape.<br \/>Some of them are very rare or endangered.<br \/>People have lived on the Elbe for centuries.<br \/>In the process, they have shaped the landscape.<br \/>The result is a special mixture of natural and cultural landscape.<\/span><\/p><h3>The three main tasks of biosphere alone. Nature can develop freely.<br \/><strong>Care zone:<\/strong><br \/>Here we look after important landscapes and preserve them through careful maintenance.<br \/><strong>Development zone:<\/strong><br \/>People live and work here.
